Is the magnet actually strong enough for real life?

Is Komutr only about convenience, or does sound still matter?

Does it work with Android?

Yes — it works with any phone with Qi2 magnetic alignment (Pixel 10, Galaxy S25, etc.) or a MagSafe-style magnetic case. Bluetooth pairing and the Komutr app both fully support Android devices.

Will the MagSafe case drain my phone’s battery, or charge my phone instead?

Neither. The MagSafe case is only for attaching to your phone — it does not draw power from your phone, nor does it charge your phone. It charges independently via USB-C or Qi wireless charging, so your phone’s battery stays unaffected.

How long does the battery last, and how fast does it charge?

The earbuds deliver up to 8 hours of use on a single charge, and the MagSafe case adds an additional 20 hours of total playtime. A quick 10-minute charge in the case gives you 2 hours of listening time, and the case fully charges via USB-C in 90 minutes.

Is the ear fit secure enough for workouts or running?

Komutr comes with S/M/L silicone eartips for personalized snug fitting. Boasting IP54 sweatproof and waterproof performance, the earbuds suit daily commutes, gym training and moderate exercise. For high-intensity running, we suggest pairing them with our exclusive Silicone Ear Hook for firmer stability.

Does the case add too much bulk to my phone?

Can I use Find My on Android phones?

Apple Find My integration is exclusive to iOS devices. For Android users, the Komutr app includes basic “Find My Buds” functionality, allowing you to locate your earbuds via Bluetooth signal when they’re within range.

Is the magnetic attachment compatible with non-MagSafe phones?

Yes. You can use magnetic phone cases or stick-on magnetic rings to ensure firm attachment on non-MagSafe devices.（
