Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Items can be returned even if gently opened and inspected, not necessarily factory-sealed. We only ask the product to be in resalable condition, with original packaging and all original accessories included.

Return Shipping Cost:

We offer customer-friendly return terms. For personal reason returns, the customer covers return shipping cost.

Refund Amount:

3.2 Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Item
