1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 business hours (approximately 2-3 calendar days) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
• Estimated shipping time is 8–15 days. This time frame begins after the package has been dispatched and serves as a general guideline for international delivery. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances in the destination country.
• You may track your package at any time using the tracking number provided.

3. Shipping Costs & Duties

• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on your shipping address and the total weight/value of your order. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.
• Import Duties & Taxes (Key Feature): For a seamless international shopping experience, we ship all orders under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Incoterms. This means that all applicable import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs fees are prepaid by us. You will NOT be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery. This ensures transparent pricing with no hidden costs.

Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of your order's delivery date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

2. Return Process
Please contact us at contact@artronicdesigns.com to initiate a return. Do not ship the item back until you have received instructions from us.

3. Two Types of Returns

• 3.1 Change of Mind / Unwanted Item (Customer's Responsibility)

  • Return Shipping Cost: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item to our warehouse.

  • Refund Amount: Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product's price only. The original shipping fee and any import taxes we paid (DDP) are non-refundable.

• 3.2 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Item (Our Responsibility)

  • Reporting Time: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if there is any issue.

  • Return Shipping Cost: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

  • Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund (product price + original shipping cost).

4. Refunds
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
