1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 business hours (approximately 2-3 calendar days) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
• Estimated shipping time is 8–15 days. This time frame begins after the package has been dispatched and serves as a general guideline for international delivery. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances in the destination country.
• You may track your package at any time using the tracking number provided.

3. Shipping Costs & Duties

• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on your shipping address and the total weight/value of your order. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.
• Import Duties & Taxes (Key Feature): For a seamless international shopping experience, we ship all orders under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Incoterms. This means that all applicable import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs fees are prepaid by us. You will NOT be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery. This ensures transparent pricing with no hidden costs.

Q1: Will the charging case attach to any MagSafe phone? (even non-Apple models)?
A1: Yes, the Komutr charging case will magnetically attach to any phone that has a built-in magnetic ring or MagSafe-like function, whether it’s an Apple device or a compatible non-Apple model.

Q2: Does the charging case include a battery?
A2: Yes, the charging case has a built-in 800mAh battery. It can be charged via USB-C cable or wirelessly. A full case charge provides approximately 20 hours of total listening time for the earbuds, equivalent to about 5 full recharges.

Q3: How do I pair Komutr to my device?
A3:

Open the charging case and long-press the button on the back for 3 seconds until the LEDs scan left to right.

Enable Bluetooth on your device and select “KOMUTR”.

You’ll hear an audio prompt: “Connected.”

LED Indicators:

Pairing mode: Blue light slowly blinking (0.2s on / 0.8s off)

Success: Solid blue light for 1 second

Q4: Do the Komutr buds come with a USB-C cable and wireless charger?
A4: The package includes the Komutr earbuds, charging case, 3 silicone tips (S/M/L), and an instruction booklet. To reduce e-waste, we do not include a USB-C cable or wireless charger, as most users already own these. However, compatible MagSafe accessories are available separately.

Q5: How do I set up Find My for Komutr (Apple users)?
A5:

Open the Find My app and tap “Add New Item” → “Other Supported Device”.

Press the small button on the back of the case twice briefly, then hold for 3 seconds until you hear a beep.

Follow the in-app instructions to complete registration.

Q6: Can Komutr be used in the gym? Are they sweat-resistant?
A6: Yes, Komutr earbuds are designed for active use and are sweat-resistant, making them suitable for gym workouts and other physical activities.

Q7: Can the earbuds fall out of the case when it’s attached to my phone?
A7: No. The earbuds are securely held inside the case by magnets and are protected by a closing door, ensuring they stay in place even when the case is attached to a phone.

Q8: Is Komutr water and dust resistant?
A8: Yes, Komutr has an IP54 rating, meaning both the earbuds and the closed case are protected against splashes and dust, ideal for daily and on-the-go use.
