1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 business hours (approximately 2-3 calendar days) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
• Estimated shipping time is 8–15 days. This time frame begins after the package has been dispatched and serves as a general guideline for international delivery. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances in the destination country.
• You may track your package at any time using the tracking number provided.

3. Shipping Costs & Duties

• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on your shipping address and the total weight/value of your order. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.
• Import Duties & Taxes (Key Feature): For a seamless international shopping experience, we ship all orders under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Incoterms. This means that all applicable import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs fees are prepaid by us. You will NOT be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery. This ensures transparent pricing with no hidden costs.

1. أهلية الإرجاع
نقبل الإرجاع خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ تسليم طلبك. يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وفي عبوته الأصلية، مع جميع ملحقاته.

2. عملية الإرجاع
يرجى التواصل معنا عبر contact@artronicdesigns.com لبدء عملية الإرجاع. لا تُعيد المنتج إلا بعد استلام تعليماتنا.

3. نوعان من الإرجاعات

• 3.1 تغيير الرأي / العنصر غير المرغوب فيه (مسؤولية العميل)

  • تكلفة إعادة الشحن: أنت مسؤول عن تكلفة ومخاطر إعادة المنتج إلى مستودعاتنا.

  • مبلغ الاسترداد: بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، سنردّ المبلغ المدفوع لسعر المنتج فقط. رسوم الشحن الأصلية وأي ضرائب استيراد دفعناها (DDP) غير قابلة للاسترداد.

• 3.2 العنصر المعيب أو التالف أو غير الصحيح (مسؤوليتنا)

  • وقت الإبلاغ: يرجى فحص طلبك عند وصوله والاتصال بنا في غضون 7 أيام إذا كانت هناك أي مشكلة.

  • تكلفة إعادة الشحن: سوف نقدم لك ملصق شحن إعادة مدفوع مسبقًا وتعليمات.

  • مبلغ الاسترداد: سوف تحصل على استرداد كامل (سعر المنتج + تكلفة الشحن الأصلية) .

4. المبالغ المستردة
سنُبلغك بموافقة أو رفض طلب استرداد أموالك. في حال الموافقة، سيتم تحويل المبلغ إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية خلال ١٠ أيام عمل.
