1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 business hours (approximately 2-3 calendar days) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
• Estimated shipping time is 8–15 days. This time frame begins after the package has been dispatched and serves as a general guideline for international delivery. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances in the destination country.
• You may track your package at any time using the tracking number provided.

3. Shipping Costs & Duties

• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on your shipping address and the total weight/value of your order. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.
• Import Duties & Taxes (Key Feature): For a seamless international shopping experience, we ship all orders under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Incoterms. This means that all applicable import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs fees are prepaid by us. You will NOT be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery. This ensures transparent pricing with no hidden costs.

Rückgabe- und Erstattungsrichtlinie

1. Rückgabeberechtigung
Wir akzeptieren Rücksendungen innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Lieferdatum Ihrer Bestellung. Der Artikel muss unbenutzt sein, sich in der Originalverpackung befinden und sämtliches Zubehör enthalten.

2. Rückgabeprozess
Um eine Rücksendung zu veranlassen, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte unter contact@artronicdesigns.com . Senden Sie den Artikel erst zurück, nachdem Sie Anweisungen von uns erhalten haben.

3. Zwei Arten von Rücksendungen

• 3.1 Widerruf / Rückgabe unerwünschter Artikel (Verantwortung des Kunden)

  • Rücksendekosten: Sie tragen die Kosten und das Risiko der Rücksendung des Artikels an unser Lager.

  • Rückerstattungsbetrag: Nach Erhalt und Prüfung der Ware erstatten wir Ihnen ausschließlich den Produktpreis. Die ursprünglichen Versandkosten und etwaige von uns gezahlte Einfuhrzölle (DDP) sind nicht erstattungsfähig.

• 3.2 Defekter, beschädigter oder falscher Artikel (Unsere Verantwortung)

  • Meldefrist: Bitte überprüfen Sie Ihre Bestellung nach Erhalt und kontaktieren Sie uns innerhalb von 7 Tagen, falls es ein Problem gibt.

  • Rücksendekosten: Wir stellen Ihnen ein vorfrankiertes Rücksendeetikett und eine Anleitung zur Verfügung.

  • Rückerstattungsbetrag: Sie erhalten eine vollständige Rückerstattung (Produktpreis + ursprüngliche Versandkosten) .

4. Rückerstattungen
Wir benachrichtigen Sie über die Genehmigung oder Ablehnung Ihrer Rückerstattung. Im Falle einer Genehmigung wird die Rückerstattung innerhalb von 10 Werktagen über Ihre ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode abgewickelt.
