1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 business hours (approximately 2-3 calendar days) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
• Estimated shipping time is 8–15 days. This time frame begins after the package has been dispatched and serves as a general guideline for international delivery. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances in the destination country.
• You may track your package at any time using the tracking number provided.

3. Shipping Costs & Duties

• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on your shipping address and the total weight/value of your order. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.
• Import Duties & Taxes (Key Feature): For a seamless international shopping experience, we ship all orders under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Incoterms. This means that all applicable import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs fees are prepaid by us. You will NOT be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery. This ensures transparent pricing with no hidden costs.

Q1: Will the charging case attach to any MagSafe phone (including non-Apple models)?

Yes. Komutr’s charging case magnetically attaches to any phone with a built-in magnetic ring or MagSafe-compatible system, whether you use an iPhone or an Android device with magnetic support.



Q2: Does the charging case include a battery?

Yes. The Komutr charging case includes a built-in 600mAh battery and can be charged via USB-C or wirelessly.

Each earbud has a 42mAh battery and lasts up to 7 hours per charge.

Up to 7 hours of playback from the earbuds on a single charge, with approximately 6 additional charges from the MagSafe charging case for all-day listening.



Q3: How do I pair Komutr to my device?

Open the charging case and press the back button for 3 seconds until the LEDs move left to right.

Enable Bluetooth on your phone and select “KOMUTR”.

You’ll hear the voice prompt: “Connected.”

LED indicators:

• Pairing mode: Blue light slowly blinking

• Connected: Solid blue light (1 second)



Q4: What comes in the box? Does it include a USB-C cable or charger?

Your Komutr package includes:

• Komutr earbuds

• MagSafe charging case

• 3 silicone ear tip sizes (S/M/L)

• Quick-start guide

To reduce e-waste, the box does not include a USB-C cable or wireless charger, as most users already own one. Komutr-compatible MagSafe chargers are available separately.



Q5: How do I set up Apple Find My with Komutr?

Open the Find My app → “Add New Item” → “Other Supported Device”.

Press the button on the back of the case twice, then hold for 3 seconds until you hear a beep.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup.



Q6: Are Komutr earbuds water and dust resistant?

Yes. Komutr earbuds and their closed charging case feature an IP54 rating, meaning they are protected against dust and splashes, ideal for everyday life, commuting, travel, workouts, and gym sessions. They’re designed to stay comfortable, secure, and reliable no matter where your day takes you.



Q7: Can the earbuds fall out of the case when it’s attached to my phone?

No. The earbuds are held firmly in place by precision-aligned magnets and secured behind a protective door. Even when attached to your phone, the case stays closed and the earbuds stay locked in.



Q8: How thin is the Komutr charging case?

Komutr features one of the slimmest magnetic charging cases in the world, measuring only 0.47 inches (12 mm). This ultra-slim profile makes your earbuds feel like a natural extension of your phone . Pocket-friendly, lightweight, and always with you.

Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of your order's delivery date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

2. Return Process
Please contact us at contact@artronicdesigns.com to initiate a return. Do not ship the item back until you have received instructions from us.

3. Two Types of Returns

• 3.1 Change of Mind / Unwanted Item (Customer's Responsibility)

  • Return Shipping Cost: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item to our warehouse.

  • Refund Amount: Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product's price only. The original shipping fee and any import taxes we paid (DDP) are non-refundable.

• 3.2 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Item (Our Responsibility)

  • Reporting Time: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if there is any issue.

  • Return Shipping Cost: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

  • Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund (product price + original shipping cost).

4. Refunds
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
